wedagui provides sorting, decluttering, custom storage design, and organization services for residential spaces, including donation haul-away. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines for any project are confirmed prior to the first session.
Consultations & scheduling
Initial consultations help determine the right package and are used to build your project plan.
Appointment times are confirmed by phone or email and may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.
Customer responsibilities
Be present or available for key sorting and keep/donate decisions as outlined in your project plan.
Disclose any items of significant sentimental or monetary value in advance.
Make payment according to the terms of your selected package.
Donations & disposal
Items designated for donation are delivered to local donation centers on your behalf. wedagui is not responsible for the condition or acceptance of donated items by third-party organizations.
Payment & cancellation
A deposit may be required to schedule larger projects. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
